daily I'm constrained to be.
Let thy goodness, like a fetter
bind my wandering heart to Thee!"

A blessing in the form of a Dvd!

Well, I guess one of the good things about being on the basketball team is you are stuck on campus over Christmas break with nooooothing to do. haha. Well its not always a good thing, but I did have a lot of time to read and study up on some things, which was very refreshing. My boyfriend gave me this documentary for Christmas, and although I had already seen parts of it, watching it in whole has been SUCH a blessing to me. It helped me clear some things up and also confirm even moreso my belief in the doctrines of grace that have radically changed my life forever. So I just wanted to take the time to direct you to it and suggest it as something worth every penny of the investment. Its only 13 bucks, and its hours and hours of thorough discussion on the history of Calvinism and explanation of its theology. Packed full of Scriptures, it clears up all the misconceptions and straw men that us 'dirty Calvinists' are stuck refuting over and over again, haha. But anyways, click the pic and you will be directed to the site of the Apologetics Group, who produces all kinds of wonderful documentaries such as this one. So, check it out. Oh and I hope to be back to blogging in the near future. Its just so hard being in the middle of the season and traveling so much. I miss it though, that is for sure. God Bless everyone, hope you had a wonderful Christmas break. Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Amen.

Hey sister girl!

I just saw the video your boyfriend Lane put together of your "speech" at an FCA function....soooo COOL!

FULL of Jesus and well, I'm not a crier, but couldn't help but sob through the whole thing as I thanked God for saving such a contentious, wretched woman as myself and SO thankful He saved you by opening your eyes....like He did the Apostle Paul.

Anyway, I loved the video and put it up on my blog to encourage others. It was a strong message many "sleepers" need to hear...and especially for those who have been falsely converted like you once were.

Praise God you are His!

Bless you sweet girl,♥
Sunny

Hello Sue,
I listened to your testimony at IllbeHonest.com today.
It was great to hear how God did His amazing work of salvation in your life! All glory to Him!

I was curious how you got the Paul Washer sermon jam in your side bar. I know how to get video bars with 3 videos in them, but I do not know how to get specific (single)videos. That sermon jam by borhter Paul is one of my absolute favorites. I sent it out in a mass email once. I would love to have it in the side bar of my blog as well. Could you tell me how to do so?
Either comment on my blog or send a quick email if you get a minute. Thanks so much. May God continue to bless you as you live for Him!
For His glory...by His grace,
Dea

Hello Susan. I saw the video/audio of your testimony of salvation, and was deeply blessed. I found it via Lane Chaplin -- he and I link to each others' blogs, and I am always finding great stuff there. It's neat that you are both friends.

Anyway, I was touched by how God changed your life. It was a blessing to me, because, through your testimony, I saw God's grace, and how impartial and powerful He is.

Thanks so much for sharing it. :)

God bless.
